When I started my health journey, I felt so overwhelmed by all the information online. I had no idea how to filter it, which approach is best for me and which supplements out of all available would relieve my condition. It took me years of learning, experience and 'try and fail' approach to get where I am now and realise how much I would like to help people go through a similar journey to mine in an easier way.

Offering a personalised approach to health and applying nutrition science to address health issues such as digestive discomfort, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, fertility issues, sleep dysregulation, skin problems, menopause, hair loss, allergies, anxiety, depression.
Managing these health imbalances with the help of nutrition, supplements and lifestyle interventions is delivered in a simple and easy to follow way. In some cases functional testing might be suggested and used as a diagnostic tool to identify the possible root cause of the disease. Common functional tests used are comprehensive stool analysis test, SIBO test, advanced iron test, vitamin D, lipid, kidney, fatigue and hormonal profiles, DHEA/cortisol test, DUTCH test, food intolerances and parasite panels, organic acids test and many more.
Dietary analysis

Bespoke dietary analysis using client’s diet food log using professional nutrition software. This personalised assessment includes macronutrients ratio (carbohydrates, protein, fats), fibre intake, GL index and possible micronutrient imbalances (mineral and vitamin deficiency and/or excess). Based on individual results, a food plan is prepared in accordance with all current nutritional needs of the client.
Weight loss

The weight loss programmes offer a full assessment of the client’s current food trends, dietary habits and cooking methods, as well as their relationship with food. Our nutritional protocols are focused on the client’s lifestyle, their likes and dislikes, offering less calorific and more nutritious versions of their favourite meals and limiting restrictions in general. Our approach is centred around mindful eating practices, removal of “good or bad” labelling of foods and encouraging clients to opt for more educated food choices. We also offer advice on new lifestyle and psychology techniques in order to help the client reach long-term and sustainable weight loss.
Depending on the client's individual needs we could also perform a blood sugar management assessment. We measure the blood glucose response to the foods they consume most often and prepare a nutrition protocol based on their individual results.
